Centre for Entrepreneurship
The Curtin Centre for Entrepreneurship (C4E) has focused on training established small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) since its foundation in 1995.
Through solid dedication and extensive knowledge, the centre has gained a unique reputation in Australasia for helping businesses thrive.
The Centre for Entrepreneurship is the only facility of its kind in Australia. All programs are based on sound research and the premise that theory must be applicable in practice! Since its establishment in 1995, the Unit has trained approximately 4000 business owners and managers. Instruction in the courses is primarily from private sector consultants who run their own organisations.
The Centre is also runs the Ignition Program, an intensive, one week entrepreneurial training program for aspiring entrepreneurs, academics and corporate innovators to trial and then prepare high growth business ideas for the commercial environment.
The Unit is located within a dedicated training facility in Technology Park, Bentley, Western Australia.
