Ms Sasha Pendal
Sasha joined the HBF Executive in June 2015 as the Executive General Manager, Member Relationships Division. She has accountability for the performance of over 500 employees and leads all revenue and Member-facing functions to deliver on HBF’s national growth strategy.
Prior to joining HBF Sasha worked at Woodside Energy Ltd for 10 years. Key roles included:
- Senior Adviser to the CEO, General Manager Commercial, with accountability for Woodside’s Western Australian and Canadian pipeline gas business
- Browse LNG Development Senior Leadership Team member, with operational, organisational and financial authority for a Project team of approximately 400 people located in Perth, Broome and Singapore
- Sunrise LNG Development Senior Leadership Team member, with accountabilities for Local Content, Corporate Affairs and Project Approvals.
Before joining Woodside, Sasha worked in Canberra for seven years including as a Federal Ministerial Chief of Staff and Senior Policy Adviser, and was the Director of Development and Corporate Affairs at a large WA-based medical research institute. Sasha has a Master in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Western Australia. She is an Associate Fellow AIM and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Director’s Company Director Program. Sasha is a Director of Lifeline WA and Netball WA’s Glass Jar Australia.
