Curtin Business School (CBS) works closely with industry to enrich the educational experience of our students and contribute to research and development on a local, national and global scale. To achieve this, CBS has developed strategic alliances with industry, as well as innovative products and facilities, to engage students and foster development within the community.
To ensure our teaching and research remains applied and highly relevant, we have partnered with an extensive network of more than 70 highly qualified business professionals. These professionals contribute to the development of courses, student learning and research output via the CBS Advisory Board and Council Network.
CBS further engages industry through our CBS Adjunct Professor network, developing strategic partnerships with business experts from across the nation. Five leading Australian business specialists provide CBS with invaluable contributions on a range of topics pertinent to our effectiveness, sharing their knowledge with the CBS external network, staff, and students.
Through these and other approaches in connecting our teaching and research with industry, CBS is developing partnerships with the business community for the benefit of both our students and the wider public. The expertise we gain from our strategic partnerships helps us to develop internationally focused and industry-ready graduates who will make a real difference to the business landscape in Western Australia and beyond.
